Wheda A. Carletos, Ph.D. is a speaker, author, award-winning educator, and coach who helps individuals and groups reclaim their purpose, overcome imposter syndrome, and live and lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of identity, leadership, and human potential. With a professional background spanning public health, education, and executive leadership, Wheda brings both lived experience and expert insight to every space she enters. Her early career in public health, focused on education, prevention, and community impact, sparked a lasting commitment to helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

In 2004, Wheda transitioned into education, where her impact was immediate. She was recognized as Teacher of the Year in her first year in the classroom and later honored for excellence in education. Her leadership journey expanded as she helped launch and lead high-performing schools, served in multiple instructional and administrative roles, and coached school leaders across the country. These experiences shaped her belief that leadership is not about position, but presence and that sustainable impact begins with self-trust.

Wheda holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and is known for her grounded, honest, and transformative approach. Through keynote speaking, leadership cohorts, group experiences, and organizational partnerships, she works with accomplished individuals and teams navigating self-doubt, visibility, or misalignment. Her work helps people move from feeling stuck to thinking strategically and stepping forward with confidence and conviction.

Beyond her professional work, Wheda is deeply grounded in family. She finds joy and perspective in life with her husband and their three children, who continually remind her of the importance of courage, curiosity, and living fully.
